Claire M. O'Laughlin
Claire is licensed to practice law in Kentucky and Colorado. She is trained as a
mediator, arbitrator, and interdisciplinary collaborative divorce practitioner,
and is member of the Kentucky Collaborative Family Network. Claire most recently
co-authored a chapter on Child Custody for the University of Kentucky College of
Law publication "Kentucky Domestic Relations Practice." Claire received her undergraduate
degree from Washington University School of Art and her law degree from Washington
University School of Law, where she was awarded the Jack Garden Humanitarian Award
and was admitted to The Order of the Barristers.
